Quality

What we check, and when we check it

A specification is only worth what the inspection behind it is worth. Ours happens twice: before the container is sealed, and again on discharge.

  1. Specification agreed before price

Every line has a written specification with numbers in it, agreed before we contract. A quotation that does not state the grade is not a quotation you can compare.

  2. Certificate of analysis on every lot

The refinery or mill states the figures for the lot being shipped, not a typical range for the product.

  3. Independent pre-shipment inspection

The declared figures, the packing and the loaded quantity are confirmed by an inspector who does not work for the seller, before the container is sealed.
